What is Alastin INhance Post-Injection Serum?
INhance is a small format serum Alastin makes to sit alongside injectable treatments. In Alastin's words it is "designed to complement injectable treatments like dermal fillers, formulated with ChromaFADE Technology to help improve the appearance of skin post-injection." It carries the same TriHex Technology as the full size serums. Four applications a day, until the tube is empty.
What is in it
ChromaFADE Technology is what separates this from the rest of the line. Alastin says it "helps accelerate recovery from injectable treatments and enhances the overall appearance of skin", and marks that claim "Data on file at ALASTIN Skincare".
Ledum, or marsh tea, with Arnica Montana extract "calms the skin and reduces appearance of redness and swelling", in Alastin's wording. TriHex Technology supports the skin's natural production of new, healthy elastin and collagen.

Alastin's claim for the arnica and ledum is redness and swelling. Bruising is not a claim Alastin makes. It is what buyers keep telling us about, so here is what they say rather than what we would claim.
- Bruising is the reason people repurchase. "I noticed a decrease in bruising in 1 day." "This worked great on injection site bruising." One buyer reports it working on everyday bruises too.
- One reviewer got a better result starting before her appointment. Used only afterwards the first time, she bruised heavily. The second round she began almost a week beforehand: "I had hardly any bruising." That is her experience, not Alastin's instruction, which is to start after. Ask your injector first.
- One tube covers one round. The same buyer got a week before and four to five days after out of one tube.
- The cooling tip gets noticed. Buyers elsewhere call it "cooling and soothing".
- Expensive for the size, and people buy it anyway. One reviewer weighs it against drugstore arnica gel and stays with this one.
Who INhance suits
Anyone with filler, injectables or RF microneedling booked. My bag arrived in reasonable time - under 2 weeks from UK to USA - as expected. 07/13/26 Seashell Handbag Hello, The bag itself is nice. However the ball of straw at the top makes it difficult to wrap the loop around it. The clasp needs to have a smooth surface or use a smooth metal clasp or a large faux pearl (like on other identical bags) or with a strong magnet or a clasp used on many top closure bags. I tried to push down the straw ball so it's easier to close. Tell your supplier about this issue.
The bag smells so horrible of toxic moth balls, I couldn’t even bring it in my house. My whole head hurt as soon as I opened it, and I had to wash my hands after touching it. It has been sitting outside for 24 hours and the smell is just as strong. I need a new one that doesn’t smell Iike this.

I accidently bought the wrong size I wear a size 9.5, but this is a size 8
Too big
These shoes were improperly size ranged. I am between a snug 6-1/2 and 7-ish depending on the shoe. I was too intimidated to order the smaller size seeing the 6– to 6-1/2 which 6 I am definitely not. So these 38’s are so huge I’ve inserted TWO inserts, and TWO Heel gels for each shoe and they are still hopelessly unwearable. I’m absolutely distraught. If you send me the smaller size I’m going to try to return these if you tell me how. Please send me the smaller pair.
