How do I qualify for free shipping?
Shipping is FREE for all US Continental Orders.
When can I expect my delivery?
Next day shipping on all weekday orders, Monday shipping on all orders placed over the weekend. Delivery 3-5 business days for all orders.
I did not receive my confirmation email. What can I do?
Throughout the process we send 2-3 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice if tracking is available. Please make sure to always check the spam folder if you did not receive the confirmation email.
I provided the wrong delivery address! Can I change it?
We can change your address until it is not yet shipped. Once it is shipped we can no longer change your shipping address. We suggest to contact the shipping company to reroute the package to your location.
My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
Please contact your selected shipping carrier for information on delivery.
There are missing product(s) in my order. What should I do?
For missing or wrongly shipped items, please contact us at hello@futurebrandsgroup.com. Please provide us with your order number and proof (a picture) of the incorrect items. We will be more than happy to reship the correct items with no extra cost once the return process has been completed.
Why is my order unfulfilled?
We process and ship orders within 24 hours - 48 hours. Once it is shipped a tracking number will be sent to your email address. Please also check your inbox or spam folder for the confirmation. You may also contact us at hello@futurebrandsgroup.com.
What shipping company will deliver my order?
We ship orders using different shipping companies like UPS, FedEx and DHL.

How do I track my order status?
We send an email once your order is fulfilled and the tracking number and URL link will be provided to your email address.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders as soon as we received your order. Once the item is fulfilled and shipped we can no longer change or cancel the item. Please see our return policy below.
What if my delivered order is damaged?
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, has fitting issues, is damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
What is FBG's return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need this packing list and the invoice we sent you via email.
To start a return process, please email us for return authorization. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. How can I exchange an item?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item or once we received the item/s we can send a replacement.
How long does it take for my return refund to be credited?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Do you offer a wholesale discount for bulk buying?

Can't find the item you are looking for on a menu? You can use the Search bar which is located on the main menu.
How can I unsubscribe from your emails/newsletters?
If you no longer wish to subscribe to FBG emails or texts, you can unsubscribe simply by scrolling down into a previous email we've sent you and select unsubscribe. If you change your mind later and want to subscribe again sign up on our website or contact our Customer Care Team!
How do I subscribe to your email list?
You can subscribe to promotional emails by scrolling to the bottom of the site page and clicking "Enter your email" and then “Subscribe”. You will receive exclusive deals and latest news from FBG.
Is my personal information kept private?
All personal information is kept private and we do not share with third parties!
