Who Augustinus Bader The Ultimate Soothing Cream is built for
Augustinus Bader names this one for very dry, irritation-prone, or reactive and sensitized skin, and lists it for daily comfort or as-needed use. The brand does not write rosacea, eczema or dermatitis anywhere on its page, and it makes no acne claim, so read it as a moisturizer for skin that reacts rather than as a treatment for a diagnosed condition.
The brand names six ingredients alongside its TFC8 complex and says what each does: totarol as an antioxidant, black cumin oil for barrier repair, evening primrose oil to reduce moisture loss, panthenol to hold moisture, niacinamide for tone and elasticity, and shea butter for conditioning. The rest of what Nava carries for skin that reacts sits on Nava's shelf for reactive skin.
The brand's two 12-week studies, and which is which
The first is an instrumented trial of 30 women aged 18 to 70 over 12 weeks: hydration up 188%, transepidermal water loss down 31%, fine lines down 78%, wrinkles down 79%, firmness up 45%, elasticity up 37%, hyperpigmentation down 79%. The second is a consumer-perception study of 105 women over the same 12 weeks, where 100% agreed irritated skin felt instantly soothed, 100% agreed it did not irritate their skin, 98% agreed skin looked less red and 95% agreed the barrier felt restored.
The difference between them matters. The first set was measured, the second is what participants said they noticed, and the two are often quoted together as though they were one result. Augustinus Bader publishes no protocol, no control group and no statistical analysis for either. The same page carries figures of 325% more even tone and 321% more radiant skin, which sit outside any range a reader can sanity-check.

Where it sits against the other creams, and the refill
Augustinus Bader sorts its creams by what the skin needs. Very dry and reactive is this one. Dry skin without the reactivity is where the brand recommends the richer cream for dry skin instead. Normal to combination is The Cream. Oily or combination is The Light Cream. All of them carry the same complex, and the brand states the difference between them is texture rather than effectiveness.
The brand's own routine puts this cream at step four, after its cleanser, its serum and its eye cream, and ahead of its face oil. It names The Cream Cleansing Gel, The Serum, The Rich Eye Cream and The Face Oil at those steps, so the eye cream goes on before the moisturizer rather than after.
My bag arrived in reasonable time - under 2 weeks from UK to USA - as expected. The bag is beautifully understated with soft leather, a lovely smooth strap that will not snag delicate knits but wide enough to feel comfortable on the shoulder even when carrying a heavy tablet and a smooth running zipper. It is carefully finished - no loose threads or crooked stitching and was exceedingly well packaged so there are no creases or scratches. The price was exceptionally good, especially as it included shipping and tax. I will recommend and consider buying from this site in the future.

Seashell Handbag
Hello,
The bag itself is nice. However the ball of straw at the top makes it difficult to wrap the loop around it. The clasp needs to have a smooth surface or use a smooth metal clasp or a large faux pearl (like on other identical bags) or with a strong magnet or a clasp used on many top closure bags. I tried to push down the straw ball so it's easier to close. Tell your supplier about this issue.
The bag smells so horrible of toxic moth balls, I couldn’t even bring it in my house. My whole head hurt as soon as I opened it, and I had to wash my hands after touching it. It has been sitting outside for 24 hours and the smell is just as strong. I need a new one that doesn’t smell Iike this.
The wrong item was sent but your customer service is not responding at all!!!!!!!!
I ordered
Lottie Flap Crossbody Medium Handbags-Olive
But got
Lottie Saddle Crossbody Small Handbags - Olive
These are well-made and very comfortable - was delighted when they arrived! The foot shape is very elegant (not too wide) which I think is not represented optimally in photo. More colors please!
These shoes were improperly size ranged. I am between a snug 6-1/2 and 7-ish depending on the shoe. I was too intimidated to order the smaller size seeing the 6– to 6-1/2 which 6 I am definitely not. So these 38’s are so huge I’ve inserted TWO inserts, and TWO Heel gels for each shoe and they are still hopelessly unwearable. I’m absolutely distraught. If you send me the smaller size I’m going to try to return these if you tell me how. Please send me the smaller pair.
